We're shaping the future of learning
What we do
We're here to improve performance in your business by creating a better workplace learning experience
Everything we do stems from that simple idea: if we design a better experience, together we'll get better results. Workplace learning and development doesn't need to be boring - let's shake things up for your people and give them what they need to do a great job.
From your L&D strategy through to designing effective learning content and a powerful platform to deliver it, we'll partner with you every step of the way.
Our partnerships
Good relationships are the foundation of our success
No man – nor global learning technology business – is an island. At Kineo we couldn't do what we do without the help of great relationships – with our customers and delivery partners.
We joined the City & Guilds Group in 2012. Together with The Oxford Group we offer world-class workplace learning and development for leading businesses across the globe.
A group greater than the sum of its parts
As a City & Guilds Group business we're part of a powerful global group, leading the way in skills development, technology and credentialing.
Each part of the group has its own focus but we're united by our purpose - helping people and organizations develop skills for growth. And by working together we can offer end to end skills development solutions to customers around the world.

Award winning
Recognizing learning and development excellence and innovation
Our approach is to listen to our customers' needs and create a partnership that gives us the best chance of helping them achieve business goals. We're outcome-focused in everything we do. So it isn't all about awards - but who doesn't love winning stuff?
We love to make our customers heroes. It's their hard work, ambition and passion that allows us to work on such exciting projects. So it's great when that's recognised and awarded by the wider L&D industry.
Shaping futures
How we live our values
Everything we do at Kineo is shaped by living and breathing our values. Whether that's giving back to our communities, committing to quality, being innovative or serving our clients to the best of our ability, you'll see our values running like a golden thread through our work and our actions. For our customers and for our people, we're shaping futures.

We're a quality team
We want to make sure the Kineo experience is high quality for you. And we're focused on quality in the work we produce. To make that happen, we employ the very best people. Together with our clients we’ve won numerous awards – that’s nice, but we’re not just in it for the gongs. We want to make a measurable difference for your business.

Careers
Great people are the heart and soul of Kineo
We're always looking for enthusiastic, professional people who share our passion for creativity and delivering great customer service. Could you be a Kineo person?
See our current vacancies.
Kineo is looking for the right person to join our team as a Solution Consultant. As a Solution Consultant, you’ll be responsible engaging new clients and expanding relations with existing ones.
Day to day you’ll be the person who works with existing and prospective clients to understand their challenges and goals. You’ll work with our team of Learning Consultants, Instructional Designers, Graphic Artists and PMs, to put the ideas together for how we can best partner to meet those challenges. And then you’ll present the proposed solution to win the opportunity to make it our next new project.
It’s a sales role, but with a small “s” - you will be expected to grow our business, but we don’t want ‘traditional salespeople’. We want someone who is passionate about learning and technology, and has firsthand experience of designing, developing, managing and implementing solutions. In exchange, Kineo will support you through marketing and sales to generate prospects so you can focus on building relationships and guiding our clients.
People thriving in this role at Kineo today include experienced eLearning designers, former clients, former project managers, and consultants with a flair for selling solutions.
- You’ll need to be confident, credible and able to hold your own with senior stakeholders in conversations around solution development, the e-learning and/or LMS market, design, delivery, and technical solutions.
- You’ll be great at communicating, both in proposals and pitches and client meetings and at tradeshows and marketing events.
- You know the e-learning and/or the LMS industry well, and will have relationships within it.
- You’ll be great at building relationships with clients and making them feel loved.

Where you shine

You act in a consultative manner to guide clients and to help them be a better partner for us.
- You’re well-versed in interactive, action-oriented learning solutions
You’re experienced primarily with an e-learning environment, but you’re comfortable extending that thinking into other modalities like interactive video, workshops, or anything else that might enter the mix.
- You’re a team player
You care about project timelines, budgets, and making sure that everyone on the team has what they need to fulfill your design vision. You proactively communicate project risks and readily volunteer when you have time to lend a hand. - You’re an articulate, creative writer
You know how to breathe life into the most boring of content. You have empathy for the learner and speak to them, not at them. Our work, after all, is all about making learners’ lives and jobs easier and more enjoyable. You also know how to guide other writers who might be working with you to develop scripts.
