Kineo at the 2019 DevLearn Expo in Las Vegas
Shaping the future of learning
Are you going to the DevLearn Expo this year? If you're not already familiar, DevLearn is a leading learning technology conference here in the US. It's where the industry gathers to share and learn about innovative thinking and emerging technologies. It also provides opportunities to explore the possibilities these technologies present and define how they can drive innovation within organizational learning. This year the Expo will be held October 23 – 25 at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, NV and Kineo is excited to attend.
We hope you get a chance to join in, and if you are going, we encourage you to stop by Exhibitor Booth 200 to chat with the Kineo Team. Our representatives will be on site to discuss the latest learning design innovations and demonstrate how our solutions can work for you. We'll also have a host of swag items, including our very own "elearning fortune tellers" that will reveal some eye-opening insights about the industry. Additionally, visitors will get a chance to pre-register for our free Learning Insights Report that will be available after the conference. The report is exclusive to Kineo and offers US and global statistics that can help drive successful learning and development practices within your organization.
Kineo will also be well represented on the session side of the conference as we prepare to host Content Was Never King: Designing eLearning Solutions for Results on Thursday October 24th at 1:15pm local time. The session will be led by Ashley Reardon (Director, Learning Design) and Cammy Bean (Senior Solutions Consultant) and it will uncover best practices on building learning coursework for desired outcomes. You'll see how many organizations tend to begin an eLearning design project with their content needs and neglect to examine the intended results. This session will show you key ways to approach the design phase so you can avoid content pitfalls and develop a more results-focused point of view. You'll also get a closer look at tools you can use in your process, including how to articulate the specific business outcomes you want to measure against, defining user personas, and situation mapping. Learn more about the session here.
We hope to see you at this year's DevLearn, so you can get more information about our solutions as well as the elearning industry as a whole. If you'll be at the conference and would like to set up a meeting, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we'd be happy to chat with you in Las Vegas!
